It has come to our attention that there are fraudulent individuals, who pose as Pretoria Dromdienste workers. These individuals then inform the client that payment can be made directly with them and that this is the new arrangement. They will either empty the bin or leave it or even empty it on the sidewalk.
Please note the following very important points:
- Account payments are ALWAYS done through the Pretoria Dromdienste office and never by the driver or the team working in your area.
- Pretoria Dromdienste teams will never ask for cash account payments, unless specifically arranged through the office and only in certain instances.
- Pretoria Dromdienste teams are not allowed to enter the premises of any client, as there have been cases where criminals and robbers claim to be from Pretoria Dromdienste only to gain access to properties.
- Account queries, payments, extra refuse, extra bins, broken or rusted bins and stolen bins should please be arranged through the office and not the driver of the team cleaning in your area.
- Pretoria Dromdienste workers are not allowed to ask for any donation, food, drink or Christmas money. Please report this to the office immediately.
If you are made aware of or suspect fraudulent activity, please report it immediately to the Pretoria Dromdienste office.
